I charge £15 per 15 minute intervals. As most things can be completed within those timescales.

Discounts & offers will be available on all marketing & promotional material.

I do charge a little extra for a home visit depending on how far you live from my base in Hastings. This would always be agreed on the initial phone call.

All costs are discussed & agreed before any work takes place.

If its broken & i cannot fix it. there is no charge!

  • There is no charge to call & discuss what you need help with.

  • If you are able. Or prefer. I am happy to receive an email about what you need. This is also free.

  • The amount of time it takes to complete a task is how much you are charged. If I need to research or investigate issues. This is done on my time. Not yours!

    As time progresses some types of requests will become a flat fee & be shown as such on this website.

  • If you feel a home visit is best for you. I apply a small charge to cover my travel time & expenses.

    From my home postcode of TN25 I charge as follows:

    0-5 miles £5

    6 to 15 Miles £10

    16 miles plus £15

    This is covered by the 'No fix, No Charge' Guarantee. So if I do not fix your issue. There is no charge for my travel!

    NOTE: If you need me to travel further than 30 miles I will discuss this with you.

  • As this is a new business. I am not VAT registered. Therefore we do not charge VAT.

    NOTE: This may change, especially if you are a business customer, in the future.

  • A DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check is a way for people to check a person’s criminal record. In simple terms, a DBS check is a process used in England and Wales, to identify relevant offences spent and/or unspent in an individual’s criminal record.

    I have a clean DBS & this certificate can be proved on request.

I’m not really sure what i need?

It all begins with an telephone conversation. There is no charge (other than the cost of the call ‘If’ you do not have free calls to UK landlines).

How much is it going to cost?

Nothing. Until you have discussed what you need & I have given you a price.

I have a really old device i want to keep?

Everything now is designed to have an end date! This is often worrying as your comfortable with what you have. I aim to work for you on any device you have. However. Some devices. Simply do not function anymore. So I will advise on what you can or cannot do on it.

Why does it keep updating?

Since Windows 7 & especially since Windows 10 & now 11. Windows will constantly need updating. This is normal. However updates can break a system! It is not possible for Microsoft to test every system. Hence the issues. I can help get you working again if you are having issues.

How do i use it?

No-one is born with the knowledge of how to use Email or Facebook. I can help you to learn how to use any device or program you wish. The first step is always to call & discuss what you need help with.

I’m not comfortable having a stranger in my home?

This is totally understandable. I am happy for you to have a friend, neighbour or relative present. I am DBS checked & I’m happy to address any of these concerns over the phone. Before anything is agreed.

I have a device. But have no idea what to do?

It all begins with a phone call. Everything can be discussed. Options provided & costs explained. There is no obligation once the costs are explained.

I have a discount code from an advert?

All of our advertising will have ‘time constrained’ offers built in. Simply supply the code when calling. So I can include the offer or discount at the time. These offers will include all customers. Regular as well as new!

I’m having problems with my TV.

Any issues such as these can be discussed over the phone. As always its FREE to call & discuss what you need help with.

I’m worried about my Security. I’ve seen something on the News or in the Paper that I’m worried about!
