  • I have discovered that there are many people who simply have not been given the knowledge to use these devices. You may not even know how to turn the device on! I will help you understand in normal English rather than complicated IT language.

  • Does your 'Computer say no!' For anything 'broken' I only charge once this is fixed.

    I offer a no fix no charge guarantee!

  • I cover everything from a health check through to removal of Viruses, Malware or other unwanted pests to your system. I can also help you with unwanted Spam or Phishing attacks. Please see the FAQs for a better description on what each of these things are.

  • I work with you to understand what you actually need. Then do everything I can to find the cheapest device for you. I do not carry stock nor am I associated with any product, type or brand. I only charge for my time & this would be quoted as part of this. This will enable you to get the cheapest price possible. Time spent can often be as little as 15 Minutes.

  • I help you to setup your new device: Laptop\PC, Printer, Mobile Phone, Tablet or TV. This covers brand new devices & first time setups or moving from an older device to your new one. This can be on any device you already own or have had bought for you.

  • I will setup connectivity to any of your devices (That are capable) to your Printer.

  • Did you know you can now have a fridge connected directly to Asda or Tesco's! I will help setup any devices that can be configured. You'll be surprised in the things that now connect to the internet.

  • We offer our own 'MOT' for your current devices.... But don't worry. If it fails... You can still use it. The aim is to help you to be comfortable in the knowledge that what you have still works for you.

  • I can advise on new setups (Including the very first setup). Or help you replace the Internet provider you use & can even help improve what you currently have.
